If you notify us within 14 days of delivery of your item and return the item to us, you will receive a refund.

Once you have requested a refund, we will forward on our ‘returns form’ and assist you through the process.

Our refund will be in the same form as the original payment made by you and it will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the item back. The item must be in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you - modified, damaged or items altered by a third party will not be accepted for return. We will only refund the cost of the item itself; any other costs incurred by you when ordering and receiving the item(s) such as upgraded shipping charges, local taxes and duties will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any return delivery costs, if we incur any shipping costs, duties, customs charges or other costs in connection with the return of the item, these will be deducted from the refund amount. We don't accept third-party opinions or appraisals as a basis for returning an item to us.
