DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on all items and your purchase from us is insured by our carrier until such a time as it reaches you. However, someone must be present at the delivery destination to sign for the item upon arrival. We use DHL Express for deliveries - they are reliable, efficient and thoroughly secure.
Once you have completed your purchase and filled in your details on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your item has left Molly Bloom, you will receive another email with the tracking number so that you can ensure safe delivery of your piece.
Please note that whilst we don’t charge you for the shipping cost, you may have to pay additional costs such as local taxes/duties and customs charges when your parcel arrives particularly if you are located outside of the European Union. Such charges are applied on the shipment by your home country and we have no influence on this unfortunately. If these costs apply in your location, you must pay them in order to receive our package.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer a return option for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery for all items purchased.
We will refund you the amount you paid for the item.
If we incur additional import duties, custom charges or shipping costs as a result of the return, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
A refund will only be processed when we have received the item back in the condition it was sent. If any third parties have taken possession of the piece, this will void your right to a return.
Prior to proceeding with a return, you must have an email from Molly Bloom confirming the purchase.
